Said Was Shaw Value Customer Support from Calgary Offered upgraded Internet service, 2X speed, 45% less cost Had my name, address, phone number and current plan details all correct. So I agreed to this Value 2 yr plan because I think they are legit Did not ask for Credit card or payment details, just request to change service plan to cheaper and faster

Collection call on old auto loan received by distant relation of target account holder. Caller had outdated, incorrect data on target. No company name was provided -- just that they were calling on behalf of the auto financing company: Santander. No usual message of call being recorded for quality or training, etc. Called stated the legal judgement would be filed at end of business day if settlement payment not committed.
